General Maintenance: Propagate via stem cuttings, allow them to callus over for a few days before placing in soil and misting daily until roots form

Temperature: Hot temperatures will allow these plants to thrive, they will also do very well in moderate household temperatures. Do not expose to frost or freezing conditions

Light: These plants love bright, indirect sunlight and will thrive in a window sill. During the winter, provide light even though they are dormant

Watering: Water when top 50% of soil is dry, these plants are prone to root rot so be careful of overwatering.

Soil: Senecio Crassissimus will grow best in a sandy soil mix. Any cactus or succulent soil blend will be a good choice for these plants as they require well-draining soil

Fertilizer: These plants do not require fertilization, their soil should have enough nutrients for sufficient feeding. Fertilize once a year in the start of the growing season to replenish nutrients in the soil
