this is so easy and fool proof! Add 1 egg and milk. Stir until moistened, spoon into greased pan and bake for 1 hour. Enjoy!
Additional ingredients needed:

- ¼ cup soft butter or margarine
- 1 cup milk
OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°. Grease 8” square or round cake pan or cornbread mold. Place contents of bag in bowl. Combine butter, egg and milk and add. Hand beat until smooth, about 1 minute, do not over mix. Bake for 15 – 20 min.
