95 Days To Harvest: An indeterminate beefsteak type producing large fruit with a delicious sweet spicy flavour. Fruit are light green when ripe with some yellow and pink blushing on the underside.
Sowing: Start indoors in a soilless medium 6-8 weeks before last frost. Transplant 5cm seedlings to their own containers and grow under bright light at 16-21C. Harden off before transplanting to a sunny site outside in late May.
Comments: Fruit can grow up to 454g in weight. Excellent fresh for use in green salsa.
