Floral Acres, at our sole discretion, and in accordance with this policy, may accept exchanges and returns as outlined below. All orders placed through this website are subject to our Return Policy as are all in-store sales.

Order Information 

All in-store orders should be paid in full. At the sole discretion of management, special orders may require a 50% deposit. All online orders require full payment prior to processing. Any order cancellations may be assessed a 25% restocking fee. 

If an item in your order is out of stock or unavailable for fulfillment:

Great care is taken to provide an accurate inventory that reflects our in-store location. However, there are reasons beyond our control where an item may be unavailable after your purchase. If an item in your order is out-of-stock or unavailable for shipment, customer service will contact you prior to fulfilling your order to offer you a substitution or full refund to the original tender. 

If you have a problem with your online order, follow these steps: 

  1. Send us an email at orderdesk@floralacres.ca 
    1. Include a description of the issue 
    2. Include your order number 
    3. Include photos of damaging to packaging and or plants/product.
  2.  or, Call 1-844-619-GROW (4769) and select Option 4.

If you have a problem with your in-store order, follow these steps: 

  1. Visit us in-store with the item you purchased or send us an email at info@floralacres.ca 
    1. Include a description of the issue 
    2. Include your ticket number 
    3. Include photos of damaging to packaging and or plants/product.

Plant Returns

We do not offer any guarantee on Annuals, Perennials, Vegetables, Herbs, Tropical/House Plants, or Seasonal Plants (Poinsettias). These types of plants are deemed final sale.

We do not offer price matching or price adjustments on items purchased at full price if it is marked down after your purchase. No rain cheques on out-of-stock items or sale prices. 

Great care is taken to accurately represent the plants on our website, however, there are natural variations in live materials and the pictured item is not the exact item you will receive. Imperfections and small blemishes are not considered refundable. 

Due to the delicate nature and possibility of cross-contamination, Floral Acres regretfully cannot receive returns on any plant material that have become diseased or infested with pests since being purchased. Please contact our plant care experts for treatment options by calling 1-844-619-GROW (4769) and select Option 4.

We care about your experience and will do everything we can to make sure you have a great experience purchasing from us. If you have any concerns, please contact the greenhouse.


Merchandise Returns 

Floral Acres will gladly accept any non-plant item purchased at full price and returned in the original packaging (in sellable condition) and accompanied with the original register receipt within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to the original tender. (Subject to the Merchandise Returns Exceptions below) Returns of items deemed defective will be processed to the original tender or exchanged with a replacement item of equal value. 

No returns/exchanges on sale items. Final sale on all sale items. 

All non-final sale items, after 14 days, and accompanied with the original register receipt, are subject to management approval and upon approval, refunded as a store credit only. Returns of items deemed defective will be exchanged for a replacement item or store credit will be given. No returns or exchanges are allowed on Sale or Clearance merchandise. Any merchandise returned without a receipt is subject to management approval, and upon approval, refunded at the lowest selling price as a store credit only.

Merchandise Returns Exceptions  

  • Fashion returns (except the items listed on the next line) must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with original tags attached. 
  • Underwear, socks, cosmetics, hats, toques, hair accessories - FINAL SALE. 
  • Earrings and other jewelry - FINAL SALE. 
  • Items purchased at discount - FINAL SALE. 

Nursery Guarantee 

All nursery stock (trees, shrubs, evergreens) purchased from Floral Acres have a one-year, hassle-free, 100% guarantee. For one year from the purchase date, Floral Acres will replace any guaranteed plant that dies with a replacement up to the value originally paid. The original register receipt and the dead plant must be brought in for a replacement to be honored. Warranty does not include services such as planting, delivery, etc. All costs incurred in replacing plant material are at the sole cost of the purchaser. 

5-Year Nursery Warranty 

Purchase the qualifying amount of MYKE's TREE & SHRUB on the same receipt as your tree/shrub to extend your nursery guarantee to 5 years! Ask our staff for more details! MYKES must be purchased on the same receipt with the warrantied plant for the warranty to be valid. You will select your replacement from our stock or receive a store credit for the value originally paid. MYKE’s Warranty is valid for one replacement only.

Nursery Guarantee Exceptions 

  • There will be no cash refunds on dead nursery stock.  
  • Replacement up to the value originally paid only. 
  • 1-Year Warranty good for one replacement only. 
  • MYKE’s Warranty good for one replacement only.  
  • Replacement plants are not guaranteed.  
  • Plants that were not planted in the ground are not guaranteed.  
  • Plants that are tagged for hardiness zone 4 or higher are not guaranteed.  
  • Any Nursery stock purchased at 40% off or greater is not guaranteed.  

How do I make a warranty claim? 

Making a claim is simple. Bring this Warranty package including the original sales receipt along with your warrantable plant to one of our retail cashiers.  

Within year one: Our cashiers will authorize the warranty return and you will select your replacement plant from our stock or receive a store credit for the value originally paid. 1-Year Warranty valid for one replacement only. 

After year one: If your original sales receipt shows the qualifying amount of MYKE’s purchased, we will process any claims made in years two, three, four, or five on your behalf with MYKE’s. You will select your replacement from our stock or receive a store credit for the value originally paid. MYKE’s Warranty is valid for one replacement only. 


Christmas Returns

After December 15th, all Seasonal/Christmas products will be deemed final sale. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on these items after this period. Before this period, non-sale items purchased can be replaced or store credit will be given. 


Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen.
