Shipping policy
Floral Acres, in accordance with this policy, offers pickup, shipping, and local delivery services as outlined below. If an item in your order is out-of-stock or unavailable for shipment, customer service will contact you prior to fulfilling your order. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within the City of Saskatoon (and immediate surrounding area) determined by your postal code. For online orders, once your order has been processed, you will receive an email or text letting you know that your order is “Ready for Delivery“. This means that we are preparing to load your order on one of our delivery vehicles on route to your address.
Depending on the volume of orders on the route, you can expect your delivery to arrive between 45 minutes and up to 4 hours after receipt of this notification.
Please note: our drivers will not leave delicate plant materials in an unheated area, nor will they leave orders in an unsecured area. If you miss our delivery attempt, you will receive a notification asking you to please contact the greenhouse to arrange the next convenient time for delivery, or, to hold your order for pickup.

No-Contact / Curbside Pickup
You must pick up your order within 5 business days. If you are unable to pick up within 5 business days, please contact the greenhouse. Orders held past 5 business days without communication will be automatically refunded and restocked less any restocking fee. We will notify you when your order is "Ready for Pickup”. Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received this notice.
When you arrive:

PARK - in any numbered stall along the WEST fence.
(bordering the highway) - OPEN - your vehicle cargo compartment.
- RETURN - to your vehicle passenger compartment.
- CALL - 1-844-619-GROW (4769) and select Option 1
- ALERT - let us know you have arrived, and give your order number.
- ENJOY! - we will bring your order out and load it into your vehicle!
Our in-store cashiers are unable to release your online order. While online orders are fulfilled from our in-store inventory, your order is not being held at the cash register for pickup. Please return to your vehicle and call the greenhouse for our e-commerce department to bring your order to the no-contact pickup location. If you choose to come in-store to collect your order or make changes to an online order, your online order will be canceled (less any restocking fee), and your new order will be processed in-store.

Domestic Shipping
Retail Hard Goods
All retail hard goods can be shipped country-wide. Restrictions are as follows:
- Anything heavier than 30kg.
- Items with length plus the girth (width plus height, times 2) that exceeds (300cm) 118in.
We have made the items that fit into these two categories unavailable to ship so when adding them to your cart, you won’t be able to proceed with the shipping.
We also offer a standard shipping rate of $6 for seed items that are 6in x 5in x 1in or less as long as it is not combined with larger items in your order.
Plants
⚠️For orders shipping across Canada, please allow at least a week for us to package and ship your order. Please be advised that we only ship plant items on Mondays and Tuesdays.
We are now able to ship or deliver plants outside of the City of Saskatoon year-round. Any plant in a 6” or below pot size can be added to your cart and shipped. You will be presented with calculated shipping options from Canada Post based on the total weight of the items in your order.
During winter, all plants are shipped in insulated boxes with heat packs. The heat pack's effectivity only lasts up to 48 hours, so we have enabled only one option for shipping plants to make sure it gets delivered in good condition in the least possible time barring delays and transit issues. These rates are more expensive, but they are the best options for shipping plants.

Please also be advised that we cannot offer any guarantees on plants, especially during the winter season, however, if there are any issues upon receipt, please email us at orderdesk@floralacres.ca and we will try our best to assist with plant care. All plant shipments are packed in multiple layers of packaging materials including thermal sheets, boxes, kraft paper, bubble wraps, and heat pack/s. We also do not offer a guarantee on when the plants will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Floral Acres or other parties as an estimate only. We reserve the right to suspend any orders that we think will not survive transit and delay shipping if the weather conditions are too harsh.
We are not responsible for products returned due to incorrect shipping addresses. To avoid any errors, please make sure to review your information prior to submitting your order. In the event that an order is returned to us in its original condition by the carrier; we will issue a refund in accordance with our Return Policy. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
We are currently unable to ship any orders outside of Canada.
Payment Information
Our website uses Shopify and Moneris to allow us to securely accept payment information from our customers. A payment processor, such as Moneris, is responsible for authorizing and processing debit and credit card transactions. Payment processors are responsible for making sure that every transaction that happens between our customers and everyone in between, is safe and secure. We do not store nor have access to any of your card information. We are unable to "add" any items to your order or authorize any additional charges to your card once the transaction has been processed. Purchase corrections (voids, partial refunds, refunds) may take 24-72 hours to process in-store.
