We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information about the products offered by Floral Acres.
Inventory displayed online may be shared with our physical retail location. As a result, an item may occasionally become unavailable before our systems have been updated.
Product availability is not guaranteed until the order can be fulfilled. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and handle the unavailable item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
We may limit quantities where reasonably necessary because of inventory availability, supplier restrictions, promotional conditions, suspected resale, suspected fraud, system errors, or other legitimate business reasons, subject to applicable law.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, dimensions, features, and images accurately. Actual appearance may vary because of differences in screens, lighting, manufacturing, packaging, natural materials, or other product characteristics.
Plants and other living products naturally vary in size, colour, shape, maturity, branching, flowering, and other characteristics. A photograph of a plant represents the type of product being offered and is not necessarily a photograph of the exact individual plant you will receive.
Product packaging, labels, formulations, specifications, and manufacturer information may also change from time to time. Customers should follow the current product label and manufacturer instructions supplied with the product.
Submitting an order does not guarantee that every item can be fulfilled. Orders remain subject to product availability, payment authorization, fraud and security checks, shipping eligibility, and other reasonable fulfillment requirements.
Online orders must be paid in full when placed. Payment requirements for online orders, in-store orders, and special orders are further described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Online payments are processed through Shopify and Moneris and may include supported payment methods such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay where available.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information necessary to process your order, including billing, shipping, email, telephone, and other information reasonably required for the transaction.
We may contact you using the information supplied with your order if we need to resolve availability, payment, shipping, pickup, delivery, substitution, or other fulfillment issues.
A special order is merchandise that Floral Acres purchases from a vendor or supplier on a customer's behalf rather than merchandise already available from our regular inventory.
Special orders may be subject to supplier availability, lead times, cancellation restrictions, restocking charges, or other supplier terms. Cancellation requirements are described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on floralacres.ca are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, delivery charges, or other charges that are separately shown during checkout.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice before an order is placed.
Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions, including eligibility requirements, dates, product exclusions, quantity limits, redemption limits, or restrictions on combining promotions.

Availability, timing, carrier restrictions, restricted products, live plant shipping, weather delays, returned packages, and other fulfillment conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.
Estimated preparation, delivery, or transit times are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier operations, product availability, supplier delays, road conditions, system interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, nursery guarantees, final-sale products, seasonal merchandise, special orders, gift cards, and related matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable where specified in that policy.
Any Floral Acres policy is subject to rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Plants are living products. Their appearance, condition, growth, flowering, size, and performance can be affected by environmental conditions, handling, transportation, planting, watering, soil, temperature, light, pests, disease, hardiness, and customer care after purchase.
Except for nursery stock covered by the specific Nursery Guarantee described in our Return & Refund Policy, plant purchases are not guaranteed unless Floral Acres expressly states otherwise.
Information provided by Floral Acres about plant care, hardiness, growing conditions, pest treatment, fertilization, or similar horticultural matters is general guidance. Growing conditions vary, and no particular result can be guaranteed.

Participation in Floral Acres loyalty programs, including Garden Club and Master Gardener, is optional.
Loyalty points, rewards, discounts, membership benefits, eligibility rules, expiry or renewal requirements, and redemption rules are subject to the terms of the applicable program.
Loyalty points and benefits are promotional in nature, have no cash value except where expressly stated, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may correct loyalty balances or transactions where points or benefits were awarded, redeemed, or recorded incorrectly because of a return, cancellation, duplicate transaction, system error, misuse, or other legitimate adjustment.
Floral Acres gift cards are subject to the terms applicable to the card and the Gift Cards section of our Return & Refund Policy.
Gift cards are not cash and are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.
The content made available through floralacres.ca, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, product information, design elements, software, and other materials, is owned by Floral Acres, Central Botanical Growers Ltd., our suppliers, licensors, or other applicable rights holders.
You may use the website for lawful personal or commercial purchasing purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our website content without permission from the applicable rights holder, except where permitted by law.

This licence does not apply merely because you send us a private customer service communication, order photograph, warranty documentation, or other information that is not reasonably intended for publication. Personal information contained in those communications is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may moderate, decline to publish, or remove public submissions where reasonably necessary.

Subject to any right you have under applicable consumer law to bring a matter in another jurisdiction, disputes relating to these Terms or our online services will be subject to the courts of Saskatchewan.
