COOKING INSTRUCTIONSAdditional ingredients needed:
- 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb stewing meat cut into bite size pieces
- 10 cups water
STOVE TOP: Brown meat and pour off drippings. Add water and bag contents. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 ½ hours or until beef is fork tender, and barley is cooked.
