The Grow a Friend Seed Starting kit is a great seed starting kit to help engage and educate children about gardening and the benefits of growing your own food.
There are three different types of Grow A Friend kits that are currently available which are Tiny Tim Tomato, Sunflowers, and Parsley.
Each kit comes complete with seed, all you need to do is add water to expand the soil and you are ready to start growing.
