Care

General Maintenance: This plant doesn't require much extra attention, but you may want to trim leggy vines to promote bushier growing habits.

Temperature: This plant will do best at a normal room temperature, but be sure it is not near an air conditioner or other cold drafts.

Light: The brighter the light, the more intense the leaf colour gets.

Watering: Water only when the soil has become semi dry. If you notice the leaves are browning, that is a sign it has been over watered.

Soil: Be sure to use a well draining soil. It likes to be moist, but not soggy. Standard potting mixes or even cactus mix works best. The soil needs to be loose to help with root growth.

Fertilizer: Basic household fertilizer, diluted up to half of its recommended strength, is necessary to help this plant grow. Feed it monthly during the spring and summer, and every other month during fall and winter.
