How do points work?

Show your Garden Club or Master Gardener card, or give your phone number or email at the cashier, to earn points on your purchase. Your points are saved to your account: 100 points = $1 in rewards.

Redeem full dollar amounts in-store, or keep saving for a future purchase. Your points never expire.

Do I earn points when I shop online?

Yes. Check out using the email address registered to your membership and/or your account so points can be credited to your balance.

Can I redeem points online?

Points can only be redeemed in-store. You can earn points on online purchases and view your balance in your customer account.

Where can I see my points balance?

Sign in to your customer account to see your balance. You can also find it on your sales receipt and in the emails we send after a purchase. Master Gardener members also receive balance information in their weekly bonus-point emails.

Do my points expire?

No. Your points never expire. Save them for a future visit or redeem them in full dollar amounts in-store.

How do I renew my Master Gardener membership?

We email you a renewal reminder 30 days before your membership expires. To renew online, purchase the Master Gardener membership fee again. Our team updates your membership when your order is processed. You can also renew in-store.

What happens if I do not renew?

If you do not renew your Master Gardener membership, our team moves your account to the free Garden Club program and transfers your points with it. You keep your points, and they never expire.

When can I claim my birthday plant?

Master Gardener members can claim their free birthday plant ($10 value) in-store during their birthday week, either before or after their birthday. Make sure your birthdate is on your customer profile. We also send you a happy birthday email.

Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

This card identifies the holder as a participant in the "Garden Club" Rewards Program. By using this card, the participant accepts the terms and conditions governing the use of the program.

No points are given for prior purchases. Returns will be deducted from Loyalty point balances. Rewards members will automatically be added to our mailing lists. Birthdate must be on your customer profile to redeem free birthday plant offer. Membership is non-transferrable and may only be used by an individual member for personal benefit. Businesses and organizations excluded. Membership cards remain the property of Floral Acres Greenhouses & Garden Centre and must be surrendered at the request of management. We reserve the right to exclude certain purchases from our loyalty program and to modify or discontinue our loyalty program at any time, with or without notice.
