2022 PATIO SET & FATHERS DAY GIVEAWAY CONTEST (“CONTEST”) SPONSORED BY CENTRAL BOTANICAL GROWERS LTD. O/A FLORAL ACRES GREENHOUSES & GARDEN CENTRE (“SPONSOR”) AND ADMINISTERED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OPENSAIL DIGITAL AGENCY. (“ADMINISTRATOR”). CONTEST BEGINS ON APRIL 20TH, 2022 AT 12:00 AM AND ENDS ON JUNE 14TH, 2022 AT 12:00 AM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME. (“CONTEST PERIOD”).

ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open to legal residents of the province of Saskatchewan, Canada who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of the Sponsor(s) and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter. The Contest is subject to federal, provincial and local laws and regulations.

Residents of Canada will be required to enter a skill-testing question to claim their prize.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. Void where prohibited by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate entry information which may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Contest or be awarded a prize, including but not limited to human error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries for any reason, mail failures, omission, or any combination thereof, and entries which fail to fully comply with these Contest Rules

HOW TO ENTER
(i) visit the Contest Website https://floralacres.ca/contest and complete and submit the Contest entry form as instructed; (ii) call the greenhouse phone number 1-844-619-GROW (4769) to enter; (iii) send an email to hello@floralacres.ca; or (iv) enter as otherwise instructed. Entries must be received prior to the end of the applicable Contest Period to be eligible for entry.

WINNER SELECTION
2 winner(s) will be chosen at random by the Sponsor. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be sent an email and will have forty-eight hours to respond. If no response is received within forty-eight hours, another winner will be chosen. THE TWO (2) WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED ON JUNE 15th, 2022.

PRIZE
The grand prize draw will be for (1) PLOUGH & HEARTH 5PC WICKER CONVERSATION SET WITH OTTOMANS & CUSHIONS ($2499.98 VALUE). The second draw will be for (1) WEBER MODEL:741093 22.5" CHARCOAL BBQ GRILL ($299.98 VALUE) AND (1) YETI TUNDRA 35 HARD COOLER IN WHITE ($399.98 VALUE)

By participating in the Contest, each entrant: (i) grants to the Sponsors the right to use his/her personal information provided when he/she enters the Contest and the Work (if applicable) (collectively the “Personal Information”) for the purpose of administering the Contest, including but not limited to contacting and announcing the winners and coordinating the provision of the Contest prize; (ii) grants to the Sponsors the right to use his/her Personal Information for publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Contest in any and all media without further compensation unless prohibited by law. (iii) agrees to be added to the Floral Acres mailing list.

TERMINATION
Sponsors reserve the right to terminate or amend the Contest at any time and in any way, without prior notice.
