Osaka Purple Mustard Greens. Variety originated in Japan. Baby leaves have a delightful sweet taste becoming much more pungent as they mature. Leaves have an intriguing purplish-red tinge. Adds both colour and pizzazz to salads. Good kitchen container garden plant.

How to Grow

Similar to other members of the Brassica family. Sow seeds in early spring or in mid August about 2.5cm (1in) apart and 8-15mm (1/4-1/2in) deep in rows 60cm (24in) wide.
