Care

General Maintenance: This is an easy to take care of plant that requires little to no maintenance. Repot once the plant has grown to the point that you can not see any of the top of the soil, or if it becomes particularly root bound. Remove any dead/dying leaves at the base.

Temperature: Ideal growing temperature is 20°C - 24°C, but will survive as long as temperatures remain above 15°C. Avoid sudden drafts or cold windowsills.

Light: Full sun is ideal. This plant prefers about 6 hours a day of direct sunlight. Provide supplemental lighting in winter if possible.

Watering: Low water needs. Only water when the soil is completely dry, as excessive moisture commonly leads to root rot. This plant is quite drought tolerant.

Soil: Plant in well-drained soil. A cactus mix is perfect.

Fertilizer: Feed once every two weeks with a diluted liquid fertilizer. Do not overfeed.
