Add milk and water, and of course it wouldn’t be Potato Soup without the bacon, and you have a great pot of soup.
Additional ingredients needed:
- ½ lb bacon or farmers’ sausage
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups milk
STOVE TOP: Brown bacon (or farmers sausage) in pot. Drain excess fat. Add bag contents 3 cups water and 2 cups milk. Stir well, bring just to a boil over med heat, reduce heat and simmer ½ hour or until potatoes are tender.
