General Maintenance: Place in an area protected from cold, drying winds.Temperature: It prefers temperatures around 26 to 32 degrees Celsius.
Light: This plant does prefer a lot of bright sunshine, although bright indirect sun is best for a bamboo plant grown in a container. It can also handle partial shade, as this plant is adaptable.
Watering: Weekly waterings will be good, but allow soil to dry slightly between, approx. an inch or two. Ensure it has good drainage.
Soil: It is best grown in fertile, moist soils, such as a humus-rich soil. Avoid overly wet soils.
