Care

General Maintenance: Clean off any dying or dead leaves as the dracaena grows. The bottom leaves will die over time and expose the 'trunk' of this plant

Temperature: 18 degrees Celsius to 27 degrees Celsius is these plants preferred temperatures. Do not expose to 15 degrees Celsius or below

Light: Dracaenas love a medium, indirect light. Placing them 6-8 ft away from a South or East facing window will allow these guys to thrive. 4-6 ft away from a North or West facing window will also work for them. Dappled light in a sheltered area outdoors will also allow them to thrive

Watering: Very prone to root rot, and tolerant of drought, it's best to water dracaena when 50-60% of their soil is dry. Water thoroughly until the water comes out of the bottom of the pot

Soil: A well-draining mildly fertile soil with a bit of extra perlite will allow these plants to thrive

Fertilizer: Fertilize sparingly, once every 3-4 weeks during the growing season with a diluted fertilizer
