Care
General Maintenance: Repot once every two to three years, as pothos like to be slightly root-bound. Be sure to use a pot with good drainage. Propagate easily from cuttings to create an even fuller plant, or to share with your plant-loving friends!Temperature: Thrives in normal household temperatures, between 15º-26º Celsius. Pothos can be placed outside in the summer time, just be sure to bring your plant back inside if there is going to be a cold spell.
Light: Can adapt to lower light levels, but will have less visible variegation. This plant thrives in bright indirect light. Too much direct sun can scorch the leaves.
Watering: Water sparingly, approximately once every two weeks. The leaves will start to droop when your plant is ready for a drink, and then perk back up within a few hours after watering.
Soil: Any well-draining potting mix. Add perlite or sand to improve drainage if needed.
Fertilizer: Pothos plants are not heavy feeders. However, they will benefit from the use of a balanced houseplant fertilizer once every 1-2 months in the spring and summer.
