Our 8" (20 cm) Cast Iron Fish Fry Skillet Kit makes it easy to make delicious battered fish fillets. Includes our Fish Fry Batter, and an easy to follow recipe. Simply coat fish fillets in this lightly seasoned batter and fry to perfection. Serve with French fries on the side to enjoy homemade fish and chips or use them to make delectable fish tacos. The serving suggestion on the packaging recommends enjoying the fish fingers with one of our prepared dips, such as Onion Chive or Lemon Dill. Makes 4 servings 109 g (3.84 oz.) CAST IRON CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Our skillets come pre-seasoned for a natural non-stick surface. To keep them in top shape for years to come, gently hand wash with mild soap and avoid using metal utensils, which can damage the finish. Although pre-seasoned, it is important to dry and re-oil the skillet after each use to prevent rust.
