Syngoniums are best known as arrowhead plants, because of their unique leaf shape.  This particular variety features bright green leaves with white/cream centers and veins.  It will start to vine as it matures, and can be grown as a trailing or climbing plant.

Care

General Maintenance: Syngoniums will only need to be repotted about once every 2 years.  As they mature, they will start to vine, so you may want to add a trellis or moss pole to support them.  You can also let them trail down the pot, but their leaves will grow to be much larger if they are climbing up some type of support.

Temperature: Thrives in normal household temperatures, between 15º-26º Celsius. Does not tolerater temperatures below 10º C.  Keep away from drafts and drastic temperature changes.

Light: Bright indirect light is ideal, such as across the room from a south facing window, or close up to a north facing window.  Hot direct sun will cause the plant to dry out too fast, and may cause sunburn damage to the leaves.

Watering: Water thoroughly, then allow to dry out almost completely between waterings.  As always, ensure your pot has adequate drainage to avoid potential root rot.  Syngoniums do well in normal household humidity levels, but will certainly appreciate the occassional misting.

Soil: Any well-draining potting mix.  Avoid heavy/muddy pottings mixes.

Fertilizer: Feed with a liquid houseplant fertilizer once a month during the spring and summer months.
