The 'Cinnamon Hearts' Rose (Rosa 'Cinnamon Hearts) is a cold-hardy, compact shrub rose known for its unique warm cinnamon and amber-toned blooms and sweet, mild fragrance. Bred in Canada, it is valued for its continuous reblooming and strong disease resistance, making it a low-maintenance choice for gardeners. Color and Fragrance: The rose features abundant clusters of semi-double flowers that are a unique blend of red, pink, and cinnamon hues with subtle hints of apricot and a gold eye. They have a mild, spicy fragrance. Size and Habit: It is a compact, multi-stemmed shrub with an upright, spreading growth habit, typically reaching 2–3 feet (60–90 cm) in both height and spread. Sunlight: Plant in full sun (at least 6-8 hours of direct sun daily) for optimal flowering performance. Soil: It is adaptable to different soil types but prefers fertile, moist, and well-rained soil. Maintenance: This rose is low maintenance and does not require deadheading to encourage continuous blooming. Pruning is best done in late winter or early spring to shape the plant and remove thinner growth.
