Rose, 2 gal, Easy El.® Sweet Fragrance

The 'Sweet Fragrance' Rose (Rosa 'Easy Elegance® Sweet Fragrance') is a highly sought-after, easy-care Grandiflora shrub rose known for its strong, sweet scent and changing flower colors. Flowers: The buds are a vibrant blend of coral and orange, swirling open to full, sweetly fragrant apricot blossoms that mature to a salmon-pink or white shade with age. They are held in clusters and resemble traditional hybrid tea roses, making them excellent for cutting. Fragrance: A potent, sweet scent, often noted to have hints of ripe pear and clove, that is a standout feature of the plant. Size: An upright, multi-stemmed deciduous shrub that grows to about 2–4 feet tall and 2–3 feet wide at maturity. Hardiness: Highly cold hardy, suitable for USDA Zones 5–9. Disease Resistance: Part of the Easy Elegance® series, it boasts excellent disease resistance, including to black spot, making it a low-maintenance option for gardeners. Light: Thrives in full sun exposure to produce the most blooms. Soil: Prefers fertile, well-drained soil. Maintenance: A low-maintenance, repeat-blooming shrub. Deadheading spent blooms encourages continuous new growth and flowers throughout the season. Prune annually in late winter or early spring.
